मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली ने कोरोना के रोकथाम हेतु आवश्यक पहल करते हुए दिनांक 06.07.2020 को सचिव के माध्यम से एक पत्र भारत के सभी राज्यों और केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य सचिव को एक पत्र पे्रेषित करते हुए यह स्पष्ट निर्देश दिते हुए कहा है कि गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार का लाॅकडाउन-2 के संबंध में प्रसारित आदेश क्रमांक 40-3/2020-डीएम-आई(ए) दिनांक 29.06.2020 के अंतर्गत यह निर्देशित किया गया है कि सभी स्कूल, काॅलेज एवं शैक्षिणिक संस्थानों को 31 जुलाई 2020 तक बन्द रखा जाये तथा आॅनलाइन/दूरवर्ती शिक्षा को स्वीकृति देते हुए इसके लिए शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को प्रोत्साहित किया जाये। अतएव इस कार्य के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षणिक और गैरशैक्षणिक कर्मचारियों अथवा शोध छात्र वर्क फ्राम होम से यह कार्य संपादित करें और जहाँ तक संभव हो उन्हें इस कार्य के लिए स्कूल/काॅलेज/शिक्षण संस्थानों में न बुलाया जाये।
सभी राज्यों और केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य सचिव को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा गया है कि इसका पालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए इसे कठोरता से लागू कराया जाये तथा सभी स्कूल/काॅलेज/शिक्षण संस्थानों के संबंधित अधिकारियों को यह निर्देशित किया जाये कि वे स्कूल/काॅलेज बन्द रखें और इसका कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करें।
